Diagnose

Use the self assessment, pupil voice, staff reflection, and learning walk evidence to understand current culture.

Prioritise

Choose a small number of principles that will unlock the greatest improvement for the next term.

Practise

Translate each priority principle into adult behaviours, classroom routines, and shared language.

Review

Look for evidence in lessons, coaching conversations, pupil work, and pupil confidence.

Sustain

Keep the shared language alive through CPD, induction, line management, and celebration.
