Principle 3
The Power of YET
Born out of a Growth Mindset, pupils say things like 'I don't know how to do it ... yet', and 'I'm yet to be confident in knowing/doing that'. Staff say things like 'they don't know it yet'.
Principle
Teachers and pupils see learning as a journey over time not a single event.
Key language and behaviours

Questions

- Do pupils recognise that everyone can grow their understanding from where they are and see feedback as criticism or opportunity for improvement?
- Do teachers and pupils see 'ability' as fixed?
